Founded

YEL was legally established in Brussels as an international non-profit and non-partisan organization in 2013. The organization has since expanded its footprint in both Europe and internationally across the G20. 

Alumni

YEL has 8 former members who have gone on to achieve roles within the United Nations and European Union. YEL alumni have also gone on to be politicians in EU countries and policy leaders internationally. 

Summits

Main events we go to are G7 and G20 Youth (Y7 & Y20), UNFCCC and Paris Peace Forum, and Misk Global Forum. We regularly attend other international summits affiliated with the EU, UN, and others. 

Project

To bring young professionals into European and international politics and policy making. We recruit, train, form, and shape the leaders of tomorrow for a better and brighter Europe. 

YEL's team consists of members from 12+ countries within Europe

YEL is among the 45 youth organizations selected to participate in the EU Youth Stakeholder Group.
