YEL is Recruiting New Officers

Young European Leadership (YEL) is thrilled to announce the launch of a major expansion plan and an open call for new officers across all five of its core departments: Communications, Delegations, Finance, Community Building, and Operations. As we continue to grow and strengthen our presence as a leading youth-led organization in Europe, we are looking for committed and passionate individuals ready to take on leadership roles and contribute to empowering young voices in international policymaking spaces.

Applications for all roles will open on May 12, 2025, and close on June 30, 2025, with a rolling acceptance and incorporation cycle. This recruitment cycle offers a unique opportunity to shape the work of YEL from within, supporting our efforts to prepare youth delegations for high-level summits such as the G7, G20, and COP, while also building stronger internal systems, communications strategies, and community engagement. We are looking for young talent from across the EU, EEA, Western Balkans, Switzerland, and the UK to join our organization and help contribute to the outstanding work that we do to empower youth across the continent.
