Born and raised in Rome, Italy, Di Capua has built an impressive career in international relations, sustainable development, and climate policy. His journey began with outstanding academic achievements, earning summa cum laude degrees in Business Administration and International Affairs from John Cabot University. His dedication to learning did not stop there, as he pursued advanced studies in climate change, sustainable development, and Arctic geopolitics, coupled with certifications in climate law and governance.
Di Capua’s professional track record is equally remarkable. As Italy’s Youth Delegate to the United Nations from 2023 to 2024, he represented the interests of young Italians on the global stage, negotiating key UN resolutions and facilitating youth participation in peace and security strategies. His role took him to high-level forums across Europe and the United States, where he spoke passionately about the need for equitable and sustainable policies.
Currently a Research & Analysis Associate at the United Nations Association of Italy, Di Capua focuses on global security and international cooperation. His past roles include leading innovative research on the socioeconomic impacts of climate change, co-authoring publications on energy security, and coordinating initiatives that connect youth leaders with policymakers.
