Young European Leadership (YEL) is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal data that we process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. This GDPR Compliance Statement explains our approach to implementing GDPR for our social media collections. It describes the implementation of our social media data protection roles, policies, procedures, controls and measures to ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR.

What is Young European Leadership?

Young European Leadership (YEL) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that aims to empower young people in Europe to shape the future of the continent through dialogue, collaboration, and leadership development. We organize events, conferences, seminars, trainings, and initiatives to provide young Europeans with opportunities to discuss and address important issues facing Europe, such as politics, economics, social issues, and sustainability. We focus on fostering cross-cultural understanding, promoting civic engagement, and encouraging youth participation in decision-making processes at the local, national, and European levels.
